Dynamic Configuration is simple to use:

1. Replace references to ConfigurationManager with references to DynamicConfigurationManager
2. Somewhere in your application initialisation code, add a call to DynamicConfigurationManager.Initialise()

The call to Initialise is to initialise the static class, at which point it will set up the watch on the app.config file. If the call to Initialise is not made, then the watch on the app.config file will not be created until the first access of the DynamicConfigurationManager class, at which point the configuration may already be stale.
